Integrative mental health means more than just talking about what is painful in your life. Your mental health is affected by what you eat, who you spend time with, the trauma you've experienced, how meaningful your daily work is, what your loving relationships are like, and how you take care of yourself. I provide services which look at all aspects of your health. We will talk about your pain, but we will also uncover the full spectrum of unknown aspects of your life might be affecting how you feel in your body. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs, to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
I have a passion for vibrant health and life lived to its fullest. As a counselor for the past 17 years, my practice is crafted toward lasting change for the whole person. My clients benefit from therapeutic strategies AND lifestyle changes. As both an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Functional Nutrition Lifestyle Practitioner, and a Nationally Board Certified Counselor, I offer individual psychotherapy counseling, as well as individual and group integrative nutrition health coaching. I'm available for public speaking on the topics of mental health, integrative nutrition, and holistic well being.
